Forged for brains like yours.

Custom Obsidian vaults for ADHD, Autistic, and AuDHD individuals, families, and teams that turn raw thinking into systems that actually work.

Sound Familiar?

How many "miracle" productivity apps have you tried, only to lose your data when your subscription ends? How many planners or journals have you used for two weeks, then stuck in The Drawer of Shame? How many email newsletters, videos, social media posts have you looked at because a productivity "guru" promises to teach you "THE System" for ultimate focus and function, only to find it was designed to work for everyone EXCEPT you?

Yours, Permanently

Obsidian is available as a FREE download, and stores everything locally as plain text files on your device. No subscription required, no company standing between you and your own thinking. Your notes, habits, and systems are yours today, next month and in five years, no matter what happens to any app or company.

Goodbye, Shame

No blank pages staring you down. No catching up. No starting over. Step away for a day, a week, or longer, and your vault stays exactly where you left it, ready whenever you are. No guilt waiting at the door. No streak to protect, no momentum to lose. Just pick the thread back up, whenever you're ready.

Built for Your Brain

The systems we build are made BY neurodivergent brains, FOR neurodivergent brains. We actually use what we build: habit tracking, work planning and family systems, all run inside Obsidian. You were never the problem; you just needed someone who actually understood the assignment.

What is Lapististic?

Every neurodivergent brain - ADHD, Autistic, or both - contains untold prima materia: raw, unrefined potential, waiting for the right environment to transform it into something beautiful.

Lapististic builds that environment; for the individual finding their footing, the family building a shared home base, and the small team that needs a system as dynamic as the people running it. Custom Obsidian vaults designed around how you actually think, not how productivity culture thinks you should.

Lapis, Latin for stone, symbolizes the three stones that guide everything we build: Lapis Lazuli for the inner clarity brought by a system that works with your brain; Lapis Philosophorum, the alchemical Philosopher's Stone, for the transformation of raw thoughts into an integrated, functional life; Obsidian, revealing the connections and capacities that have always been there, just below the surface. Together they describe what happens when the right system finally meets the right brain.

The forge is ready; unleash your potential.

Choose Your Vessel

Not every vault holds the same thing. Some are built for one mind, some for many. Find the one shaped for yours below, or book a discovery call to have one custom built.

Individuals

Builder, thinker, or dreamer, there's a vault shaped for how you move through the world. Maybe you need a system that keeps pace with a mind that's always building something new. Maybe you need a quieter space, built for questions, research, and the slow work of figuring things out. Or maybe you need room for the ideas that don't fit anywhere else yet. Whichever one sounds like you, it's already waiting below.

Families

Built for the home you share, and the systems you build to run it together. Family life rarely runs on one person's brain alone, and your vault shouldn't either. This one is designed to hold the schedules, responsibilities, and small daily details that keep a household moving, without putting all that weight on whoever happens to be the most organized. Everyone gets a way in, and everyone gets a way to help.

Small Teams

Whether you're running a business or building something creative together, there's a vault that keeps everyone in sync. Teams think differently than individuals do, and need a space shaped to hold shared projects, shifting priorities, and the kind of collaboration that actually reflects how your team works, not how a generic project management tool assumes it should. However your team is wired, there's a structure here that can hold it.

Low Energy Mode

Built for the days when showing up at all is the whole win.

Every vault we build includes Low Energy Mode. It's not a separate app or an extra step, just a quieter version of your system that's there the moment you need it. One click strips away everything except the one or two things that actually matter right now. No streaks to protect. No backlog staring back at you. No system to rebuild when you're ready to return. You open it, you do what you can, and that's enough.

The Process

No mystery, no pressure, no surprises. Here's exactly what happens once you schedule a discovery call.

1. The Conversation

We talk. Thirty minutes, no pitch, no pressure. We figure out together how your brain works, what's not working right now, and whether a custom build is actually the right fit.

2. The Mapping

Before anything gets built, we map what's already there. Your projects, your responsibilities, your habits, the things you've tried before and why they didn't stick. This becomes the blueprint.

3. The Build

Your vault gets built around that map, not a template with your name on it. Properties, dashboards, templates, all shaped to how you actually think.

4. The Handoff

You get your vault, your training, and time with us to make sure it actually clicks. Thirty days of support are included, so the first stretch of using it doesn't fall entirely on you.

That's the whole process. No surprises waiting in the fine print.

Not ready to commit to a full vault build?

The discovery call is part of the custom build process. When you book a call, its cost is credited against any modified or custom vault build. This credit doesn't expire, so you can cash it in whenever you're ready.

Founder's Note

I'm Joel - AuDHD, systems obsessed, and the person who built every vault on this page inside my own Obsidian setup, before it ever became a product.

I spent years trying to make other people's systems work for my brain: planners, apps, methodologies, frameworks borrowed from productivity cultures that were never built with people like me in mind. Some of them worked for a while. None of them stuck. What I kept noticing was that the problem was never my brain, it was that every system I tried was built around the assumption that I'd show up the same way every day, with the same energy, the same focus, the same capacity. I don't. You probably don't either.

Lapististic exists because I got tired of adapting myself to my tools and started building tools that adapt to me. Every tool here runs inside my own life right now: the habit tracking, the project systems, the family workflows, and yes, the quiet place to land on the days when everything feels like too much. I built it because I needed it. I'm sharing it because I think you might too.

If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to talk.

Become an Adept

Some people buy a vault and move on. Others want to go deeper - into the systems, the thinking, and the ongoing work of building something that actually lasts. If that sounds like you, become an Adept.

Membership gives you more than access. As an Adept, you get course-style training materials built around the vaults and systems we develop here; the same materials that will eventually become standalone paid courses on this site, free to you as long as you're a member. You get async support when you're stuck, priority access to new vaults and templates before they go public, and a seat at the table when group training calls begin.

Families and teams get something extra: dedicated spaces built specifically for your situation, with materials and training designed around the particular challenges of shared systems, collaborative workflows, and the kind of multi-brain coordination that generic productivity advice has never been able to touch.

This community is early. If you join now, you're not buying a finished product; you're getting in at the beginning of something being built by someone who uses every part of it themselves. That means your voice shapes what gets built next.

The work is better when it's not done alone.

Athanor.OS: Your First Vault

Not everyone wants to build from scratch. Athanor.OS is a complete, ready-to-open Obsidian vault: structured, calm, and designed to work from day one. It's an entry point, not a ceiling. Start here, then grow or upgrade when you're ready. The foundation is already laid.

Athanor.OS is built on PARA Plus architecture: a Hub for daily life, Projects for active work, Areas for ongoing responsibilities, Resources for reference, and Archives for everything you want to keep but don't need right now. It comes with all eight core templates, pre-built canvases for visual navigation, database views that surface what matters without any manual list-keeping, and training materials written in plain language for real humans.

It's a complete system. It's also deliberately simple; no advanced queries, no complex automation, nothing that requires a technical background to maintain. What it gives you is a solid, functional foundation that works as-is and grows with you as your needs evolve.

When you're ready for something more powerful, the path to a custom build or a more advanced vault starts here.
