This policy explains what information Lapististic collects, why, and where it's stored. Lapististic is currently operated by Joel Philson as a sole proprietorship.
Name and email address. Collected at checkout and stored by Podia, the platform Lapististic's shop runs on. Used to deliver your purchase, manage your Adepts subscription if applicable, Send emails for newsletter and marketing purposes and to communicate with you about your order.
Payment information. Collected and processed entirely by Stripe, integrated directly into Podia's checkout. Lapististic never sees or stores your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle this data.
Discovery call questionnaire responses. If you book a discovery call, you'll complete a short questionnaire through Tally before your session. This form asks about how you work, where you struggle, and what kind of support fits your situation. This may include neurodivergence-related information (such as ADHD, autism, or other traits relevant to system design) or general mental health context (such as feeling overwhelmed or behind).
This information is used for one purpose only: to prepare for your call and design a system that fits how you actually work. It is not shared with any third party, not used for marketing, and not connected to any advertising or analytics service. It's stored in Tally and/or a private spreadsheet, and referenced by Joel directly when preparing for your session and, if you move forward, when building your vault.
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We don't currently have an email marketing platform connected, so we haven't begun sending newsletters or promotional sequences outside of what Podia sends automatically for your purchase or subscription (receipts, access links, subscription renewal notices). If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it, and you'll have the ability to opt out of anything promotional.

Tally: discovery call questionnaire responses (may also be exported to a 100% private speadsheet)
You can ask to see what information we have connected to your email, ask us to delete your questionnaire responses, or cancel your subscription at any time. Contact lapististicstudio@gmail.com for any of these requests.
Lapististic's site runs on Podia, which may use standard cookies for site functionality and basic analytics (such as page views). Lapististic does not run separate tracking pixels or retargeting ads.
If how we collect or use information changes, meaning a new tool gets added, an email platform gets connected, this policy will be updated with a new date at the top. Significant changes affecting how sensitive questionnaire data is handled will be communicated directly to all affected parties, not just updated silently.
