These Terms govern your purchase and use of any product or service sold through Lapististic, including vaults, template packs, discovery calls, and Adept subscriptions. By purchasing or accessing any of these, you agree to the terms below.
Lapististic is currently operated by Joel Philson as a sole proprietorship.
Lapististic sells digital productivity systems built for Obsidian, a note-taking application. This includes:
Prefabricated vaults (solo, team, and family tiers)
Custom and modified vault builds
Template packs of .md files
Discovery calls, sold as prerequisite consultations for custom or modified builds
The Adepts, a recurring subscription community with ongoing access to templates, training, and support
Vaults are delivered as downloadable digital files. You are responsible for having Obsidian installed and for your own device setup; Lapististic does not provide technical support for Obsidian itself, only for the vault systems we build.
All payments are processed through Stripe, integrated directly into Podia's checkout. Lapististic does not directly collect or store your payment card information. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy govern how your payment data is handled; see Stripe's terms.
Vaults, template packs, and one-time purchases are final sale. Because these are downloadable digital files, we cannot rescind access once delivered, and we do not offer refunds after a vault or template has been sent to you. If you have a concern about your purchase before it's delivered, or something is wrong with what you received (a missing file, a broken template), contact us and we'll make it right.
Discovery calls are non-refundable once the call has taken place, since the service, our time and the system mapping, has been delivered. If you need to reschedule before the call, contact us and we'll find a new time.
The Adepts subscription can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period already paid. You'll retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you purchase a custom or modified vault build following a discovery call, the discovery call fee is credited toward your final invoice as outlined on the discovery call product page. This credit does not expire.
You own the vault, templates, and any files delivered to you as part of your purchase, for your personal, family or internal team use. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage any Lapististic vault, template, or training material, in whole or in part, to third parties. The underlying system architecture, frameworks, and training content remain the intellectual property of Lapististic.
Access to the Adepts community and any shared resources is for your own use. Sharing login credentials, subscription access, or downloaded materials with people who haven't purchased them isn't permitted.
Lapististic vaults are productivity tools. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic products, and using one is not a substitute for professional support if you're navigating a mental health condition. We aren't liable for how you use the system, missed deadlines, lost data outside of what we deliver, or outcomes related to your personal or professional productivity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use of Lapististic's products after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
